The coffee table lid lifts up and converts into a full-size dining table.
The stools around the table can be used as extra dining chairs

There is a washer/dryer combo unit available for your use during your stay.
Laundry detergent is provided.
Please note that this is a ventless washer/dryer unit, so drying times may be longer than a traditional dryer.
Before use, please check and clean the lint trap as needed.
Bedrooms & Comfort
The blinds in both the downstairs bedroom and upstairs loft lower manually by hand.
Fresh linens, blankets, and extra pillows are provided for your comfort.
Lighting
Most of the main living room lights are on dimmer switches, so feel free to adjust them to create the perfect mood.
Kitchen & Coffee
Please help yourself to the Nespresso coffee pods — they’re on us!
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and other essentials for your stay.
Outdoor Fun
A firepit is available for your use. Please enjoy responsibly and only use the designated firepit area.
S’mores roasting skewers are provided and can be found in the kitchen drawer.
Hot Tub
Please keep the hot tub covered at all times when not in use.
Do not unplug the hot tub, add water, or adjust the chemicals. If you need any assistance with the hot tub, please contact the host

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or marijuana allowed on the property. I do have a smoke detection monitoring system in place. If this rule is violated there will be an automatic $1000 fine and you will be asked to leave.

Please keep hot tub covered at all times when not in use. Please cover fire pit if used and run dishwasher if needed! Please close the upstairs blinds during the summer as that keeps it cool for the next guests! Thank you
